Following the three-hour webinar this past Sunday, I enrolled in a course. The transaction was completed quickly.
My first session—which had a different name—was at the same time as the webinar I was participating in, according to a Whatsapp message I received. I replied and requested more information.
They requested my registered email as well as my payment receipt. Despite the fact that a business should have payment records, I gave both.
I responded to your letter by requesting specific details like the schedule. Every time, the same reply is given: “We will check with our internal team and get back to you as soon as possible.”
I wrote them that this was beginning to seem like a scam and asked for a refund if they didn’t send me specific details about the course out of rage and concern that I had lost my money. I heard nothing.
I replied and requested a reimbursement. again, nothing. I went online in search of additional reviews. Similar experiences were shared by others, particularly in regards to the lack of response.
A company should first be aware of when it receives money from customers, who the payer is, and their email address.
Second, after receiving payment from customers, a company should actually respond to them.
Third, I have received no schedule or other information about the course I enrolled in. I want a refund because I don’t believe in this business.
