It’s been 2 yrs., we had booked apartment 3 nos., at GK (Gurha Kalyan) Lavender and paid them upfront huge amount, at the time of booking they had promises which they failed to keep-up. Now it’s been almost a year I have been running around for the deposit amount refund. In today’s date there is no office, none of the employees are contactable or reachable, and they have just vanished. i would like to request the Consumer Forum to please help us in the best way out, please help us find a solution to get the refund of our deposited amount.
