Hello,

I have done payment for gtpl broadband internet at date: 6-9-2018 through gtpl mobile application and my broadband plan started from that day.

Then after I have complaint regarding my internet not started and engineer come to my home and said that wire need to be replaced.

Then after I wait for wire setup and do complains but today’s 7 days gone without having internet started.

Please do needful.
