I have renewed my plan of 512 kbps-2 Mbps this month. But after I renewed my plan the service has become pathetic. They are not responding to my complaint of slow speed instead they are closing my complaint without resolving it. A picture is attached which shows that the speed is so bad that the speed test is not able to conduct( ideally it should be 2 Mbps during this time I.e 9 pm to 9 am). The customer care executives are providing irrelevant answers and are very irresponsible. I am getting frustrated now. Don’t I deserve peace, is it necessary for me to call customer care daily for this issue? Though I have paid for the service in advance this is how they treat a customer. Please help, no they have crossed the limit.
