Have ordered a home theatre system on 17th February 2022 through hkmall.com wbsite. It was displayed in the website that if we pay before 2:30 PM, the product will be despatched on the same day. My money got deducted through Paytm but I haven’t received any details about the product been despatched. The only detail I received is an order number, date of payment and mode of payment as Paytm.
I asked them for the details of tracking through their website and got a reply that they will send it through email which too never happened.
