HappyEasyGo – Amount not refunded for 8 months despite multiple requests and flight tickets was cancelled by airlines

The journey date was of 23rd March 2020 before the lockdown for covid was initiated and during the day of journey the flight was cancelled.
Despite the ticket getting cancelled without any reason and prior notice i have still not received the refund of the fare amount of 7k.
It has been 8 months and even after repeated followups and requests still the amount is not refunded.

I have called and mailed happy easy so many times that now i have lost count and every time i have been given false assurances stating that the amount will be refunded by next week.
After following up for 8 months i am frustrated and finally lodging a complaint on CPGRAMS in the hope of getting help from the government and my complaint getting resolved.
Requesting to please help in getting this resolved at the earliest.
