Hello my name is Ali. I am a frequent customer of hardees in UAE. Today is Eid day. Our guest has come and I ordered 2 Steak Loader deal. The person informed me that it will take 1 hour to come. I accepted it because we are hungry and waiting for it.

After 1:30 hours the delivery boy came and he give excuse for late which I accepted. The slip was same what I ordered. When I open it the drinks were so hot that are not drinkable even though it is ok but the order was not what I did. It was steak burgers and we dont eat burgers.

Our Eid festival was like spoiled but I try to lodge a complaint or review and call the main help line of Emirates on 971) 600-569000.

First of all they put us on hold alot by changing the person and then finally after 20min they said supervisor can not change the order. When I tried to lodge a complaint to helpline I spoke with Mr Shadi he told me he will fix the matter and call us after some time but still after 30min wait again he said he can not do any thing and we can lodge complaint.

The problem is that Hardees has a name but this is really worst experience we got. its not about the 50dirham order its about they waste our time and then even dont change the order which is not acceptable.
