My daughter has worked for this company for over a year and two months she comes to work on time in her uniform and does what they tell her. She does have a disability which is Cognitive delayed but for the most part she understands what she is supposed to do on her job. Due to too many managers and their family members working there and with their so call labor issues they laid my daughter off and she been laid off for over three weeks. In my opinion why is it ok for other family members to work in the same business along with their parents when they are their managers? It’s not fair to the other employees that work there too. If they are having labor issues, why would they put a help wanted sign in the window and why can’t my daughter come back to work? I’m sure they don’t realize if they want to help the company more, they should have laid off the ones that work more hours and make a higher wage verses ones that works part time and make less. Plus, people with disabilities also get a percentage for the company. I’ve seen too many problems at this Hardees in the past and plus they are the only restaurant that doesn’t stay open until 9pm they are always closed by 7pm and sometimes closes the lobby early in the day due to not having help. I wanted to talk to the main person who runs this busy, but I can’t seem to get to the right person the other managers just give me the run around and they don’t give me an answer. They need more structure to keep this place in working order and maybe not hire ones that don’t want to work. The Hardee’s has had many other concerns as well, but the problem is still there.
