Went to Hardee’s in Jefferson City, TN today using drive-through. No line at kiosk, made order quickly. Pulled up to window with one car in front of me. When it was my time I paid and received drinks quickly, however was told to pull up behind car that was in front of me and wait for fries. After over 10 minutes, maybe 20, orders came out for me and car in front of me. Was told by employee that only her and cook were working today. Hailey G. was very nice however I did not get the fries that came with my order. And no straw for drinks and no napkins. I will never go to that restaurant again. Order #10800443959406
