Today (12/9/22) I ordered a Double Hardee beef burger meal – the total meal came to AED 27.50 with delivery AED 33.50
I was shocked at the thickness of the beef patti’s – seriously it was as if you had taken 1 pattie and sliced through the middle of it – it was a beef wafer not a patti – if this is your way of keeping your cost down then just change the description and your product pics – in any other country / market this would be ‘false advertising’ even categorised as a “Rip OFF” !!!
I don’t mind paying whatever you judge to be necessary to make a profit and stay in business, that’s only fair, BUT I do object to being misled / ripped off.
Please have the head of your customer department reply back to me, this is unacceptable
