Maam/Sir,
I just want to complaint about the manager namely ahmed in your store at ain mall branch. I was your regular customer and i used to buy always your hand scoop strawberry flavor. Everyday after my duty im always buying in your store around 4pm and it was not busy that time. All the crew was doing their works then that ahmed putted cream on my drinks which is i requested him and all of a sudden he was rudely telling me that “oh maybe you want more you want me to put it on cup this cream?” Sounds so sarcastic then he told me that “you know what?? This is not my job okay? Im not the one who should put this, ” and i just replied ok thank you for assisting me. The fact that he is not busy and he is busy on talkng and laughing on his mobile its not the usual thing i always seen on the hardess store. This makes me so upset and dissapointed because i love to eat on your food of choices. I hope you can do something about this matter. Many thanks

  1. I am here at the Mushrif Mall Abu Dhabi and went to Hardee’s to order a veg meal. The attendant named Arjun( wearing yellow shirt, buttons open and gold chain around the neck and a cap on his head) informed me that they are out of stock for veg meals. I requested my nephew, Mohammad Rauf, to order it for me through Zomato and Hardee’s at Mushrif Mall accepted the order. I called the call center to enquire about the same and at first an Arab male received the call who was not helpful at all he was saying me they don’t have they don’t have have order something else. I didn’t have the Zomato order number so I had to call back again. No one answered the second time. Third time the next agent, conveniently an Indian, said they called the one who placed the order to confirm that they don’t have it and very surprisingly my nephew received the order. The call agents lied.

    In UAE, this type of discriminatory behavior I didn’t expect. Please investigate as to why I was not served at the mall as the call center was trying to save its employee even though all of them lied to me and I was left hungry stressed and angry which is not good for a guy who is hypertensive and has a heart condition. I request justice.

    I have the details of the order and the call log of Hardee’s call center.

    P. S: I have indicated “Arab male” as his name wasn’t clear or he didn’t tell me his name. The other call agent was Indian. All LIARS.
