I have ordered a product on myntra.com and received it on 18th of april. The product was not as described in the website. Its colour was dull like a used one. I created a return request at the same time. The next day the courier boy came to pick it up and took my product back. It reached the myntra’s ware house and now they are telling me that the return is rejected because it is a used product. Also they said that the tags of the products were missing. Let me say one thing that the courier person checks the complete product at the time of pickup and if there is any missing thing like tags and all then they deny to pick it up. As my order was successfully picked up, it proves that I have provided the tags to the courier person. It may be the courier persons fault that he have lost it somewhere while carrying the product. So I request that my refund should be initiated at the earliest.
