I’m writing to ask for help with something I recently bought on Myntra.
I just bought something on Myntra, and I also got the email with the order confirmation.
To my surprise, though, I was not notified or given my consent when my order was canceled due to unanticipated circumstances on the day of scheduled delivery. Then Myntra advised me to place a new order.
My current problem is that the product is now much more expensive than when I first bought it. I also had to pay a convenience fee for the first order.
In spite of this, my order was automatically canceled, and I received a ₹100 coupon—which, regrettably, does not sufficiently remedy the situation.
When I first bought it, there was a sale, but since then, the price has gone up on Myntra and other online retailers.
I specifically decided to buy from Myntra because I know the products are authentic and Myntra is a reliable and well-known online retailer.
I am therefore at a significant loss as a result of events outside of my control.
In light of this, I kindly request one of the following solutions:
1. Myntra places a new replacement or fresh order from their end at the same original price.
2. Myntra provides a coupon for the price difference, allowing me to make a new purchase at the same price.
I am confident that you can help me to find a solution to this. Your quick attention to this matter is much valued.
