I bought a dress in Myntra app and I wanted to return it due to size issue… EKART AGENT S NAGARAJAN. The delivery agent of EKART logistics came and accused me of false allegations.. Saying that the dress is fully stained where in there’s not a single spot in the dress…I completely swear..
He kept on making issues that he can’t accept the return making lame excuses even though the rate tag is present in the dress and the dress is brand new… The delivery agent is behaving as if he’s holding a personal vengeance against me… I frequently purchase online…I’ve never ever ever suffered these kind of behaviour in any other delivery agents.. This is the ONLY agent who’s behaving like this…I had previous experience with the same staff.. Where in HE FORCED ME TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE WHERE IN I WANT TO DENY IT AT MY DOORSTEP… BECAUSE OF THAT AGENT I LOST 750 RS. PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM… I’M HELPLESS… BECAUSE OF THAT AGENT I’M GETTING OVER STRESSED. On TOTAL I’VE LOST 1300RS BECAUSE OF THAT AGENT.
