I have been using Hathway broadband services for the last 3 years, my account no is 1143786133. Since the past 6-8 months the service has deteriorated drastically. I internet services are down atleast 2/3 days of the week. The customer care representatives have informed no refund shall be provided if I discontinue the service & when enquired about compensating for the days no service was provided they ask to mail on “[email protected]” but no response is ever received from them.
