This is durgaprasad , i have been using hathway broadband services since 9 months in this tenure there are so many problems from this service and support response is always very low. recently from feb 1 to feb 4 i am unable to get internet services from them , when i called the support they didn’t respond politely and the issue has been resolved after 5 days ,that to when i always need to call and follow up these irresponsible people . after that when i asked for the extending of my validity for the loss of days which i got effected they are saying it is not possible.please solve this take action on this as early as possible.
