Hathway changed their lines from copper to ofc and came and changed the modems. Their new connection did not work. Still they disconnected my old connection without informing. Customer care keeps saying 2 hours but it did not get connected. They refuse to give head office or any other details to go and complain in person. This has caused a monetary loss for me as I was working from home.
