Hathway Broad Band service is extremely rotten & filthy . They don’t care about customers and the service.
My Internet speed issue is not resolved despite several complains from march 2021 ( its been two and half month now.
speed issue , continuous disconnection throughout the day affecting my work and office meetings .
false promise by hathway team is very frustrating .
I have sent several emails / raised tickets but no use they are do not care and close ticket .
we are so tired of HATHWAY, i have decided to discontinue Hathway
cause they are shameless and bold , they know our conviction system is weak and nothing can be done to punish them .
If our system would harshly punish for their wrong doings then they would not be so shameless, bold and irresponsible .
several customers have complained about HATHWAY but still they have not improved this clearly shows nothing can be done to punish or penalize them
