I have applied for new connection from hathway, they have collected the amount for new connection on 1Dec 2017 and installation has been completed on 2nd Dec 2017 but still not able to access internet, as per account number it is activate and renewal date is march 1st that means it is considering activation date December 1st. i want to how about there 8 days billing and still i have same issue customer support executives are not responding for call.
