I was also cheated by Hayat Vacations, one day suddenly I received a call from hayat vacation company, they said I won some vouchers collet it the same day,I told them today is not possible, they said they arrange presentation & booked hall room, more people will come, then I attend their presentation with my wife… I joined on 25th of Jan 2019, I bought package of 22750 aed but I paid only 5000 aed i received welcome letter from them…after few weeks when i called then to ask about the loyalty card they didn’t provided the information and said that the website is upgrading and they will call me back but since then i was chasing them on calls, emails, messages but no response..i tried to contact the sales guy Mr. Fanus who insisted us in buying the package but since then he started ignoring my messages and calls and told me that i’m not working with hayat anymore and i have to contact the office but that was sealed by the government.
if anyone of you have files a case against them then please let me know.
