We have taken their membership making full payment of amount of AED 20,000 in single payment.

To avail the Free Holidays stays as per contract , I have given request in October 2019 to book family room in 4 star hotel booking in India for Dec 2019/Jan 2020.

My request Mail was acknowledged by Hayat Custumer care ( all correspondence in appended mail). But at the last moment my request for room booking was not entertained and we were denied service as per the contract. ONLY TIME DELAY and FALSE PROMISES!

no response to my mail form the Hayat Vacation received neither my phone is responded!

In view of the above, I requested Hayat to cancel my Membership and return my paid amount.

Please approach Dubai courts against the Fraud and seek legal opinion.
