I am also a victim of the company named Hayat Vacation LLC dubai . They sold me a holiday package worth 32000 dhs and promised free tickets international and local .
They called us to Hyatt Regency and when i got the call I was told that they will explain about their packages also give free gifts vouchers . This was in May 2019
After taking the package they send me my joining letter and membership card . After that I spoke to their customer service and they were not that prompt in replying but they did reply . I had requested them to prepare a tour for me in 2020 to US and Canada which they agreed and were suppose to submit the proposal . Then we went into lockdown and they said once lockdown is lifted we can plan the trip . In March 2020 I contacted them again and no response was there . Later I got to know about so many complaints online and I just could not believe myself . I contacted DED and they said it is a tourism case and forwarded me to Tourism Department . From there they sent me back to DED . Now the only way to go is to Dubai Court but we need to do it in a group to make the case stronger .

Last I thought of putting up a message here just incase there is a group already created who are planning to take some action , I can join in also .
