i am payal Gupta I have worked in hcl Tech ltd. Noida for 6 months which I joined on 3rd April and resigned on 1st Aug and exit on 30th September. I have not received my hold salary of August month fnf and letter as I was told by my h. R Natasha that I will get everything after 45 days from exit date. But when I asked for this they are saying that as per there system records I have not completed my 6 months duration so they recovered bond amount of 50000 from my salary and asking me to pay 44000 pending amount. I was not informed any such things by any of my senior(Subrat banrjee) or h. R that 2-3 days are short in my duration. And they also calculated my bond of 60000 although it was 50000 in my offer letter I don’t know what to do now to get that salary and letter.please suggest something there is lot of discrepancy in there calculation.
