I am a former employee of HCL Technologies, Bengaluru.

I joined in August 4, 2016, and I gave my notice on August 23, 2017, with September 25, 2017 being my last working day. (As per my contract I had a notice period of 30 days)

I was assured that my salary and experience letter will be sent within 45 days from my last working day.
I did all clearances from side (e.g. IT, Admin, etc.) as per the company rules and guidelines.

However, it has been 65 days since the last working day, and I got neither an experience/relieving letter nor my salary.

All my mails, complaints and requests to help with the issue fell on deaf ears. The HRs and FnF teams have done nothing to help solve this issue.

You would expect more from a company that is one of the biggest MNCs in India (well, at least on paper), but this is the sad reality of one of the most mismanaged company in India today.

I am left with no choice but to raise a consumer complaint as everything else failed.
