I have booked a three BHK flat in Pardise city Palghar in sector 6 Wing C Flat no.C-103, building no.3. Sale agreement was done on[protected]. Possession date as per agreement was[protected]. But still no possession given by company. I have send a written complaint to Managing Director, HDIL company on[protected] but no reply recieved. The had stop the work of sector-6 since long. Possession of sector 1 is given but there is no shedule for sector 6 as per information recieved from site. RERA registration of project is P[protected] for sector-6. I have not recieved any information about the project. The company has to pay the interest on my paid amount or rent of flat since[protected]. Also may I know the date of actual possession being given as per RERA registration. My Mail ID is [email protected].
