Purchased an item from website HECMO.COM on 25 Sept 2020. Payment was done online. Item never received. Even the order ID and tracking courier non traceable. No response from customer support telepathically or no reply by email.
I have the order receipt and payment done proof. Also received email from a company called SHIPROCKET that order is ready to be dispatched. then response 15 days over.
