Hello, I applied for permanent residence in Canada in 2017 through Heera Consultant in Mohali.
After receiving the full 3.5 lakh rupees in 2019, they are no longer returning my calls, and their numbers are even off.
Avtar, one of their employees, and I spoke a few days ago. He informed me that the company would open in 10 days, but his phone number is now also disconnected.
I believe I should report them to the police. Because of them, I have spoiled my past six years.
