I have the same problem, I vacated my room on 1st Sep 2022 and I had already told them that I will be vacating one month prior i.e on 3rd of 4th of Aug 22 , While vacating i was assured by the caretaker that everything is in order and I’ll get my deposit within a month after vacating.

When i didn’t get my deposit i contacted hello world customer service and they told me that I won’t get my deposit back as I never informed them a month prior about the same moreover they sent me an invoice which showed that i actually owed some amount. I was shell shocked by this,

I told them about the conversation with the care taker about the deposit and also sent screenshots of the conversation after which they told me that they are forwarding my complain to a different department but after this I haven’t got any response from them.

I have emailed them multiple times but no response yet, I think they don’t have any intention to return the deposit and I may have to take some legal action. Kindly suggest any other options please.
