Henry Harvin – Not responding

I decided to enroll in a SAP course after speaking with Henry Harvin’s education consultant, as he confirmed that the first batch will begin on June 26.

However, when I followed up, he said my profile would be updated with the 26th batch in 24 hours.

He responded that it will begin on June 28th because it has still not been updated.

Only an orientation session was scheduled for June 28th; the batch will begin on July 5th.

Henry Harvin Consultant and their customer care are not responding when I try to ask why I was told there is a batch on June 26th when I only went ahead and paid after this confirmation. I’m asking for a refund, but they’re refusing.
