The Henry Harvin platform treats its customers very carelessly and in a very unprofessional manner.
They do not give their customers proper services; they only care about making money.
My class started on July 30th after I enrolled in the Professional Compliance Officer course in July.
The instructor hasn’t attended a single class, and August is already over. Eight consecutive classes have been canceled in total.
I no longer receive a response when I request a refund. They are so incompetent.
I didn’t even receive an enrollment confirmation when I initially paid the fees, which came to 44500 INR. I wrote to the finance department asking for a refund on July 16.
I received no response regarding that. On July 17, they began processing, and I was enrolled in a class as I was requesting a refund.
The class didn’t even start after that because I had no choice but to enroll.
On July 30, there was only the introduction, which also did not contain course material. I had not even requested this complementary class.
I’ve been calling them on Saturday and Sunday of every week, but I never receive a satisfactory response to my issue.
I requested that they connect my call to a senior authority, but they did not do so. They instead told me that I would receive a callback, but I never did.
I then raised the ticket on my own through the website, but I haven’t heard anything back. Please assist me in receiving my refund.
