i got this mail on 22nd Aug , 2017.
the said hr divya jain called me asked whether i am interested for this or not. I said yes. Then she asked me that they”ll conduct a telephonic interview. Where she asked to tell me about myself and my family then she told i”ll be provided job in Hero Motocorp as an Electrical Engineer. My salary will be 25k per month, but i need to pay a security deposit of 6k which will be refund along with the 1st salary. She asked for the confirmation on that i said yes. Then she told me i need to send them xerox of all documents along with bank passbook details. I asked madam if i”ll pay the amount at the company after reaching there. She told without money you”ll not be provided any gate pass how”ll u enter. Then she told me to deposit half amount (3k) and once i”ll get confirmation letter i”ll hv to pay rest. I told I need some time to arrange the money and disconnected the call. After that she called me back and told that this is an internal recruitment where candidates do not have to go through written tests and she told everything which was there in mail, but i asked if she is fraud then she told i am the hr divya jain calling from gurgaon office hero motocorp. Then she told me i can call them back the next morning by 10 am to cmplt the registration.

Prepare Engineering Design Specifications for Rotating Equipment in new unit designs. Assist process engineers in selection of rotating equipment features and mechanical details, and their proper specification and application. Examples include determination of the proper seals, bearings, lubrication systems, anti-surge controls, and governors. Help engineer with the application of rotating equipment in specific process plant applications. Typical issues include materials selection, seal type, and the evaluation of pump and compressor performance curves relative to process system hydraulics. Evaluate equipment for revamps and new processes. Interface with customers and vendors for explaining various issues of pumps, compressors, steam turbines, gears, couplings, blowers, fans, etc. as found in oil refineries and petrochemical plants.
Evaluate, troubleshoot, test and correct equipment problems in the field and shop. Evaluate vendor proposals for customer projects. Experience evaluating operating equipment in a process plant environment and working with operators and other plant personnel will help. Develop and maintain infrastructure, like maintaining the design manual and tools.
Read and understand engineering drawings and manufacturing drawings of items, sub-assemblies, equipment and systems.
Basic Knowledge of fabrication, welding and machining processes.
Proficient in use of common metro-logical and measuring instruments, viz., inclinometer, vernier callipers, screw gauge, humidity meter, etc.
Prepare daily plan of work, assess time frames required for completion and ensure allocation of correct resources for achieving targets.
Plan requirement of material and other resources in advance for activities, initiate material procurement as required.
Should be able to participate in production meetings and review meetings and put forth correct point of view regarding production requirements.

I got recruitment call from hero motocorp HR Deepshikha Malik +91-7300679675 regarding job in Haridwar Unit as Production Engineer. She asked for Rs.5000 bank deposit in the name of security fee within 3 days.
I immediately called Hero Motocorp (http://www.heromotocorp.com/en-in/public-notice.html) on their official helpline 011-46044100. They have confirmed that there is no such HR Deepshikha Malik, no such recruitment is going on and Hero does not charge money for recruitment process.
Friends please do not fall prey to such jobs. Always confirm at official helpline.
I also recieved the from [email protected] of Nupur Sethi HR Head that your resume selected for final interview with managing director. Then I sent resume of my son having all the details. I also received a missed call from her. When I contected then she told me to SMS your Name and Higher Education. Then I advised to my son that u send your name from your mobile number. Finally he messeged the name and Higher Education details. Also he asked about the same. But there is no response from there. I think that is fake mail/phone/missed call.
