Non-availability of spare parts at authorised service centre from last 2 months.
Also no action taken against complaint filed in company’s customer care.
No support from companies customer care executives.
Customer care executives again and again closes and reopens the complaint.
Its been almost 2 months hero motocop is not providing the spare parts and its very frustrating to use an vehicle with such a bad condition.
The spare parts is relates to self start system of the scooty
