My sister Deepali Prajapati had received a call from one of your executives asking her to register on hiddenjobs.in for job guarantee (not opportunities but guarantee) by paying just Rs. 1685/- which would be registration fess thereby making her member of the site for lifetime. After umpteen calls by your executive/s my sister finally decided to register herself on the site.

Since Deepali was unable to access the site on 05/03/2014 from her workplace she asked me Madhuri Prajapati to do the same and also to pay the registration fees. I received a call from one of your executives asking me if i could register by 7 and i agreed. At first i was asked to create a profile of Deepali on the site which i did. After completion i was asked to pay the registration fess
which since i was aware of i willingly paid through net banking from Kotak Mahindra Bank.

After payment of registration fees of Rs. 1500 + Service Tax of 12.36% which equals to Rs.1685/- my call was transferred to Mr Priyanshu Shrivastava who then asked me to click on the verification link and choose the option of Education (becuase it would fetch me better jobs) and pay Rs. 2500/-. On asking what these charges are he said they are requirements of the company whom the resume would be forwarded so you have to pay the amount. And after payment of Rs. 2500/- i would 110% get a job with package of 800000 to 850000 since he would be forwarding my resume only after i paid Rs. 2500/-. On asking which these companies are he replies they are ICICI, IndusInd Bank, Federal bank etc. I further asked him if i would get a job he said yes 110% you will. Then i asked him how can he guarantee me a job, he can just guarantee me a job opportunity he said no we will forward your resumes to such institutions wherein you will definitely get the job. I paid Rs.2500 + Service tax 12.36% which comes Rs.2809/- through netbanking from Kotak Mahindra bank. He then told me that if you dont benefit from our services you will get a refund of the entire amount that you have paid within 48 hours.

Mr Shrivastava said your verification process is complete now i will be forwarding your resume to the HR of various organisations. You ask Deepali to scan your certificates and mail the same to [email protected]. After this he asked me to click on the social media profile link and aske me to pay Rs. 3500/-. On asking what these charges are he said these charges are to be paid so we can create an order ID which will be needed by the HR of the various organisations to whom we will be forwarding your resume. I then asked him if it was mandatory to pay this amount he said Yes madam, you have to pay this or else we wont be able to forward your resume to the HR and you dont get a second chance to pay the amount because we wont hold the job for you. There is last candidate with we will talk after we are done with your call and he might get the job. On the social media profile link i observed a note stating that we dont guarantee a job we guarantee only opportunities. When i asked Mr Priyanshu Shrivastava about the same he said Madam that is only for people who don’t pay any amount. but since you are paying, you will definitely get the job. Since i was unconvinced i consulted my sister Deepali who didn’t want to pay 3500/- and wanted a refund for the earlier paid amounts and asked me to inform the same to Mr Shrivastava. On being informed he said madam let me talk to Miss Deepali and then i will talk to you. I gave him the number but it turned out to be a wrong number. I gave him the correct number but he told me that since its 8 pm now we close our offices but i will call Miss Deepali tomorrow at 10 am. I repeatedly told him that we don’t want to deal with hidden jobs and want a refund. All he said was let me talk to Miss Deepali first then we will see. When i again told him about the refund he said ok gave me his number and the disconnected the call.

The next day that is on 06/03/2014 Deepali called on the number that Mr Shrivastava had provided me with. A girl answering the call said Mr Shrivastava is in a meeting he will call you later. After still not receiving the call Deepali again called on the number this time the girl said that Mr Shrivastava is still busy but transferred the call to him. Mr Shrivasatva said that he never guaranteed a job he only spoke about opportunities and if Madhuri didnt understand what he meant, its not his fault. When asked about the refund he said that it is company’s policy that you will get a refund only if you are unhappy with the services provided to you.When Deepali asked if there was someone else she could speak to about her issues, he said NO, he is the concerned person to handle service issues as well so you will have to speak with me. Then when Deepali asked if he could transfer her call to the executive who has called her initially Mr Shrivastava declined to do so, saying he could only drop a mail to the executive. He even made a statement saying for a small amount of yours I cannot put my job at stake.
After having informed by a customer care executive Arzoo to mail my complaint to [email protected], i did so on 6th march 2014 and received a mail from [email protected] on 07th march 2014 stating that they will investigate the matter and get back in 2-3 working days. Since i didnt get a mail after i once again sent them a mail on 10th march 2014 asking me to provide me the status of the complaint. Again since i didnt get a revert i called customer care on 11th march 2014 and they informed that they have MISPLACED my mail and asked me to send the mail again. On doing the same Arzoo asked me to send a bank statement of the account from which payment was made and also the Order Id since that was important. I mailed it the same on 11th March 2014 itself . Its been 2 days neither have i got any revert nor is the customer care answering the calls. Have had a terrible experience with hiddenjobs. All i am asking for is the refund since my sister (Deepali) has not availed any services nor has she received any confirmation mail from them.
