I’m writing to ask for a letter of release from my previous position with Hinduja Global Solutions Pvt.Ltd. in Bangalore, which I held from May 25 to July 18. I had the employee Id – 205349.
I am aware that my absence five years ago due to a family emergency annoyed the team and impacted my employment status with the business. I’m sorry to let you know that I had to leave the company due to unforeseen circumstances. I had to be there because my mother wasn’t feeling well and needed immediate medical attention. This required my presence for a period of time greater than a few weeks. Even though my Team Leader and I had discussed the issue, I was unable to take the necessary leave, which made it challenging for me to keep working at HGS.
I worked very hard to get a job at TCS Bangalore, where a relieving letter is required for background checking, despite the difficult job market right now. Due to the fact that I am the only provider for my family, I humbly ask HGS to send me a one-page letter on their letterhead that includes my name, employee ID, joining date, relieving date, and payslip. Please help, and I’ll get my payslip and resignation letter.
