Hindustan Copper Ltd – Non refund against air ticket booking not processed by easygotrip.com

I booked air tickets thro’ easygotrip.com on 22/10/14.
Round way flight Indigo from Raipur to Kolkata, the same was showing under process and they informed me due to change in fare booking could not be done. I paid Rs. 15380/- thro’ credit card. Even after repeated reminders they have not refunded the amount paid.
my booking referance is ET 48271 dated 22/10/14. Customer care calls are not answered

    dear Sir,I would like to inform you that I had pitched air ticket from Delhi to Mumbai for my sister Named Jaya Singh on 16..02.2015.But they rejected my ticket due to fare change,since then I have been trying to contact them in every way but I have not a response from any of them.Now I am facing the problem of refund.My booking reference is ET 56294 on dated 16.02.2015.
