Gokarna trip – 29th Sep to 1st Oct 2023 – This is totally fraud company who has not even adhered to the itinerary which they show in their posts. Covered only 20 percent which included misbehaviour from the driver as well as the photographer who was from Hippie Holidays. We were a group of girls where driver has done offroading. The road which he took just to save some km for the money sake was very dangerous where there were no street lights, no other vehicles also. This was in between the forest. Post we raised about this, the driver drove very rashly for the entire trip and was very rude with all the clients. Team leader was fit for nothing as she was not even aware on the timelines required to cover the trip..They made us to stand in roads while it was raining heavily stating they have not got any update from their management. We had asked to change the driver which didn’t happen. We had asked to refund money as nothing was covered. We had paid 6500 each.. And they treat their clients so cheap that they said 200 rs will be refunded post they have the feedback from all the clients who had taken this trip. In the name of snacks, they just got a 5rs lays packet. We have been following up continuously for a call back but none of them are responding. We were eve teased also which happened in front of the team lead which was not even addressed. They write themselves to be one of the largest community for women travellers but there is nothing as such. It’s totally a fraud company which cheats innocent women.
