We are facing issue with Hireach broadband connection since we took a one year package. We are facing frequent service disruption and when we cann customer care we are told that the technician will will visit when he is available and there is not specific time limit to resolve issues. This is causing lot of issue as we are working from home and we are unable to work due to service disruption.
There is no issue resolution even after 2 days and the service is disrupted every few days so its very difficult to continue our work. We asked for a refund so that we can go with another vendor but they do not give refund once amount is paid. I raised a compliant by writing multiple emails to the nodal officer email id provided on their site but there is not acknowledgement or action from them either. This is very pathetic provider and is fooling/cheating customers specially people who take long term plans.
