i booked my vacation from holiday india of 7 people in month of feb,in advance we paid them first 10000 after 10000 sales agent call and ask for more 15000 and if we denied to pay such huge amount in advance from their side they started saying that if we are not paying then my amount is not refunded and its like threatening to customer and then we pay 15700 moreso total amount paid was 25700.After paying their team call and tell that this booking is not happening now hotels rates are high you have to pay more amount and blah blah blah…. so we tell to cancel my booking and refund my amount they ready on that because its his sales person fault they give false promises and told me that my amount is credited within 25 day and its more than a month my money is still not refunded and now i want to file a case against this fraudsters.
