Hello Sir,

On 8d Feb at 3-4 PM I got a call from Holiday Squares executive NAMIT about their holiday package . Total payment amount was Rs.19956 and they told me that this is today offer so book that package today. They also send me ma.il about package.

I booked the package through Payumoney same day and transaction amount was Rs.19956. At the time of payment NAMIT was on call with me.

After successfully payment they are not booking and just they are fooling. I called them more than 100 times in last 40-45 days regarding this issue but every time their response was unsatisfactory.I received a courier from them in which there were just Xeroxed booking forms.

When ever i called them ,Every time their executive told me some silly excuses like Cant transfer the call to Booking department/Server is Down/In a meeting/wait for today/wait for 2 hr

I have also send so many mails to they inquiry mail address but none of them replied.
