Homafy – order missing

On November 20th, we ordered a personalized gift set from Homafy. The package we received had an item missing.

We are agitated and behind them to address our concern; our order number is 356227, but they are not getting back to us.

We have sent them all of the images and videos of the package that they received; however, because it is so tiny, the item that is missing will not be included.

They are the worst website for online gifts. They even don’t reply to inquiries.

We paid for every item in this customized combo when we ordered it, but not every item arrived.

The fact that they were not even returning calls or emails was quite depressing.
We added video and pictures to our ticket and reported that not all of the items had been received, but after more than two weeks, we are still having trouble getting this resolved.

They don’t even bother to address customer complaints that result in an even worse experience.

Never would I advise someone to purchase anything from Homafy. A worse encounter.

We call them every day, but they never answer. After four or five days, they do get a response, and we are investigating.

They have been investigating this issue for more than a week.


How to file a complaint against Homafy?

* Write Homafy in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Homafy.
