bad customer service. The 8th is the day of my mehendi ceremony, so I asked them to deliver or cancel my purchase before they processed it. They are now indicating that even if the order has not been dispatched yet, it will still arrive after my function. I spent Rs. 1000 and received horrible customer service from unpleasant, haughty, and disgusting persons by the name of Sakshi.
She claims that she is unable to change the offer because it is free for us. I ask that you refrain from placing an order with them. They will squander your time and money and ruin your special day. And kindly assist me in receiving my return.
