I’m writing to address a problem I’ve had with Home Credit for a while now involving unwanted calls. I keep getting obnoxious calls from your company despite my numerous attempts to resolve this issue, which causes me a great deal of distress and makes my already challenging situation worse.
I want to emphasize that I have specifically asked to have my contact information removed from your database several times, both via email and in conversations with your customer service representatives. My requests, however, have gone unanswered, and the calls keep coming in regardless of my circumstances or wellbeing.
This lack of respect for my privacy and its detrimental effects on my mental health deeply distress me. Because of the severe depression I’ve been dealing with, these obtrusive phone calls have only made things worse. It is disappointing that Home Credit, a reputable company, is unable to recognize the seriousness of the situation.
To make matters worse, I recently discovered that my email address is not listed in your system after receiving a reply to an earlier email. This is puzzling and extremely worrying because it implies that Home Credit may have handled or ignored my personal information improperly. The fact that your company continues to get in touch with me every day despite not having my email address on file concerns me.
I kindly request that you take prompt action to resolve this issue and stop all contact with me. I respectfully ask Home Credit to remove my contact information from their system and make sure that my information is not used or handled improperly in the future. I need confirmation that your systems have deleted my contact information and won’t use it for any future correspondence.
