Recently purchased Neck messager. Once received we charged it for 6-7 hours as mentioned in the manual, but later it automatically switched off after 5 min.
Again charged it for 6 hours and again faced the same issue. When tried contacting the team no response from any concerned person. they just called us again when we tried to place an order again. Fraud
