I recently purchased an electric juicer from the homeessentialstore.com website.

It makes me sad that I received an order that was poorly packaged.

The following were discovered after receiving the item: 1) The original packing case was missing.

2) Completely faulty product.
Three) No power cord.
4) No manual and missing original product case.
5) The product also appears to be used.

6) The business lacks a formal email address
7) The company does not have a contact number.

Considering that this was my first time purchasing from this website, I am completely unhappy and dissatisfied with the manner in which the product was delivered. Emails have not received a response from this site.

After reading the reviews, I realized that it was fake because they don’t usually reply to emails.

Deliver the product within the next three days or cancel the order and refund the money. I consider it to be a time and resource waster.
