Dear Sir,
On 04/11/2017 I received a call in my mobile number at 12:52 pm from phone number +91 1165267860 regarding promotion of new online shopping platform website www.homeshopp.in, it was told that if you purchase any item in deal of the day you will be getting an assured gift as promotion from home shopp. It was also told to take quick action, because the deals were for the day. I visited the website and placed order for one product Earphone Headphones Bluetooth Wireless Headset AEC BQ-618 Headsets Bluetooth with Mic for Mobile iPhone Samsung Stereo headphone × 1.As I needed it for my child I purchased it and paid Rs 1048(Rs. 999+Rs.49 Courier charges) through paytm to given number 9205804227 Txn ID: 16273430162, payment made on 04/11/2017 2:10 pm my order no #4324 dated: 04/11/2017. Today I visited the website after login my order is kept on hold,I tried to contact no one picks the call it says switched off I got the Email from website and sent mail the mail bounced 2 times I tried the phone number given in the website it is not in service. I tried the payment receiving mobile number through which they received the payment by paytm mobile number 9205804227 it is also switched off; the number I talked yesterday is also switched off. Please help, what to do? I think, I was cheated. I am having the paytm payment receiving and recording of the calls
