We have invested money in prelaunch mode of Homestead greater gurgaon project in 2012.we paid around 4.12 lakhs in total in three instalments.we kept waiting for allotment of flat but got nothing in return except false promises that company has applied for licence and will get it soon.we were misguided by the company officials and every conversation I had with them talked about waiting for some more time.Seeing no progress in the project ,I finally applied for refund and i have no idea in what time i will get it back.The officials have no idea about the same and are saying that it will take minimum one year to get the amount back.I beleive that in case of refund company is bound ro refund within 90 days.My money is stuck and i have no idea how i should fight to get it back.Kindly help and guide me for the same
