Dear Hoora Customer Support,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a car wash service I scheduled through your company.

I had booked and paid for a car wash service to be provided at my home at 1:00 PM on 6th April 2025. Unfortunately, the assigned agent did not arrive at the scheduled time, nor did I receive any communication or update regarding a delay or cancellation.

This lack of service and communication is highly disappointing and has caused me inconvenience. I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide an explanation, as well as either reschedule the service at the earliest possible time or issue a full refund.

Please confirm receipt of this email and advise on the next steps to resolve the issue.
