I ordered viva 4g smartphone on 02.12.2021 in hope4shop. Co.in(cod) After I order the product I didn’t get any information about the product. I was send a mail but I think it was a wrong mail I’d.
After that I leave it. But I had a one phone call after 7 days from the ordered date.
That was a courier man. He asked a address I was very happy that moment at last I got my product and completely disappointed because the product is wrong product that was a tablet.
This product is helpful only for children. Its not help to me. So I requested you to please take your product and refund my amount as soon as possible. I paid 2899 rs its very big amount to me.
I request you once again to you please kindly reply for my complaint and try to give my money very soon. I’m waiting for your reply. Kindly consider this and return my amount back in easy manner.
My order number is 68991. I received the product on 09. 12.2021 at 1.15 pm.
