House Rent and Deposit Refund
Hello Sir/Madam,
We 3 Bachelors –

working in an IT firm, were living in Hyderabad in a flat owned by Mr. Rishu Raj (T1, 1302 NCC Urban One, Narsingi, Kokapet, Hyderabad)
Due to unforeseen conditions of COVID 19, we had to leave the city and return to our hometown. We gave Mr. Rishu notice over a whatsapp call about the same, before a month of leaving a city.
Now, he is not willing to return the Deposit amount of 70,000/- Rupees stating the 6 months clause of Rent Agreement which states that we can not vacate the flat within the first 6 months, which is not valid in this case.
He even promised us to return the deposit if he gets tenant and He got the tenant in the same month as we left and still he is not returning the deposit as promised.
Can you please look into this matter.
