As per the agreement, owner took 45K as deposit and same need to be refunded after the vacant. My rent was 11k and as per agreement, he should cut 11k only post vacant. But he cut it 29.2k and returned me only 15.8 K. Also, would like to inform you that, owner never give us GST bill neither he takes online payment. He was only taking cash. And it is applicable for all the renter as per owner.
